| IT Parks |
| To promote IT parks in Kerala, the government has adopted a hub and spokes model. There are 2 hubs already developed viz. Technopark, Thiruvananthapuram and Infopark, Kochi. The third hub, Cyberpark, will be launched soon and will be based in Kozhikode. These 3 hubs will cater to the respective nearby areas |
| Cyber Park Kozhikode |
| Government of Kerala IT department is setting up its 3rd Hub in Kozikhode and will be called Cyberpark. Cyberpark is in the process of setting up IT parks at Kozhikode, at the SEZs approved at Kannur and Kasargode and may set up other such parks planned in future. |
Around 28 hectares of land in Nellikkode and Pantheeran kavu villages of Kozhikode Taluk,near to Medical college at Chevayur is being purchased for setting up IT park with SEZ status. |
