HR Manager

We are looking for a skilled HR manager to oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and 
processes. You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. The goal is to promote corporate values and enable business success through job design, recruitment, performance management, training & development, employment cycle changes, talent 
management, and facilities management services. 


  • Meet performance KPIs and provide status update and MIS reports to key stakeholders in 
    business and senior management 
  • Drive process efficiency and effectiveness for all HR processes (hire to exit)
  • Deliver service level commitments for people requests, grievances 
  • Collaborate with Finance and business teams to deliver all people mandates through processes and systems 
  • Train employees regarding HR policies and procedures, compensation, benefits, rewards, 
    employment contract terms and conditions etc 
  • Conduct regular employee engagement sessions to drive collaboration and motivation 
  • Drive all employee-related annual / 6 monthly/quarterly processes such as performance goal setting, performance reviews, compensation increments, employee communications, rewards 
    and recognition 
  • Analyze the attrition rates and exit interview data to find a root cause of attrition and solution 
  • Support the leadership to establish a sound plan of management succession, role rotation, 
    bench management, periodic employee pulse surveys 
  • Up to date on new HR trends and recommendations for achieving short and long-term objectives of the organization as it evolves 
  • Ensure HR data integrity by supporting the audit and data governance activities (data integrity, maintenance, storage, retention, destruction) 
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy 
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues 
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the 
  • Nurture a positive working environment 
  • Maintain HR Manual 
  • Payroll management 
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics 
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management. 
  • Handling bonus, exit formalities, full & final settlement, etc 
  • Own business leader relationships and ensure candidates and hiring leaders have a positive 
    hiring experience. 
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, drive the recruitment processes, which includes talent 
    branding, sourcing strategies, selection process, candidate experience, data management and all the related responsibilities. 
  • Understand hiring leaders needs and ensure the team is efficiently presenting high quality diverse talent slates and deliver value by creating right the solutions. 
  • Create a proactive talent pipeline for critical upcoming positions. 
  • Conducting activities like HR connect with employees & managing employee’s issues, queries 
    and ensuring timely closure.

  • Knowledge of Statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PF Challan Generation) 
  • Prior experience in the IT industry is a must 


  • Postgraduate/ MBA in Human Resources. 
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in the HR manager profile in the IT industry. 
  • Good communication skills both written & verbal is a must.
