Business Development Executive

We are looking for a talented and experienced Business Development Executive to work with our tech team and our customers to translate their business needs into functional requirements and user stories. Male candidates with excellent and Influential Communication skills in English and Malayalam are preferred. Strong experience in IT software products/services selling, closing client deals, and knowledge of end-to-end Sales Cycles are required.

Responsibilities

• Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies in IT industry
• Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs)
• Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts and building business relationships with current and potential clients
• Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings and conferences
• Conduct competitive research /analysis and identify potential sales opportunities, generating leads, target identification, and prioritization

Eligibility Criteria

• MBA or Any Degree
• Must have 1-4 years of experience in the same field
• Male candidates required

Skills

• Candidate should have proven experience in software selling, bidding portals, and excellent track record with medium and large projects
• Hands-on experience in documentation and prototyping tools and preparing BA artifacts like Proposals, SRS, BRDs, Prototypes, etc
• Very good Social networking skills through LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and other leading sites
• Experience with lead generation and prospect management and confidence in working with all business levels & key decision makers
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers
