As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for onboarding and supporting new and prospective customers via email and live chat. Responsibilities: Helping customers in configuring the product on their behalf based on their requirements Troubleshoot issues that customers may face while setting up the integration with different CMS or technology platforms Learn and adapt quickly to new product features and customer expectations Assist international customers with their technical queries and build relationships with them. Develop a good understanding of configuration best practices and document the same Requirements: Minimum of 1 year experience in the software/tech industry Hands-on experience with configuring software products Customer-centric orientation with strong and proficient communication skills (written and verbal) Analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills Basic front-end programming skills such as HTML, CSS, and Javascript is preferred Strong attention to detail with an ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a timely manner. The willingness and curiosity to learn new environments and develop new skills.
