Position Summary:
You will be responsible for writing about our products and related domains and attract potential audiences to our website and convert as customers.
Responsibilities:
- Understand and stay current on industry trends and competitive landscape
- Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product
- Develop and maintain easy-to-understand user interface guides, online help, setup manuals, release notes, troubleshooting guides, FAQs and other technical content.
- Write script for video tutorials
- Optimize content following SEO best practices
Requirements:
- Experience in internet-based products and familiarity with web development
- Experience in working with content management or eCommerce systems preferred
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred. (BTECH, MCA)
- Able to understand complex tech concepts and translate those into simple, concise content
- Excellent writing skills
- 0-3 years of experience
