We are looking for a pre-sale customer support executive to strengthen our sales efforts and manage all the pre-sales queries. You will be expected to offer effective and timely assistance to prospective customers and capture quality leads for CookieYes, including our Partner Programs.
- Support marketing in the acquisition of new clients and expansion of existing accounts.
- Provide personalized communication to pre-sale customer queries in a timely manner via email and chat.
- Identify customer needs and articulate compelling demonstrations of CookieYes to prospects.
Inform prospects about new features and functionalities.
- Provide a feedback loop to our Marketing, Product and Customer Success team to ensure that we are evolving to meet customer needs.
- Research industry trends and prospective customers continuously.
- 1+ years of experience in sales and customer service or related roles, preferably B2B.
- Freshers with exceptional written communication skills will also be considered
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (Business, Marketing or related field a plus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Experience with using CSM platforms like Intercom and Zendesk is a plus.
