Job Summary
Senior System Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, monitoring, and supporting the IT systems and solutions. They will work with national and international customers and projects.
Roles and Responsibilities
Sr System Engineer will work on the following Technology Domains
- Servers & Storage (HP, DELL EMC, Huawei, Cisco UCS, SAN/NAS)
Microsoft Operating systems and Linux
Hyper-Convergence Solutions
Virtualization solutions – VMware and MS Hyper-V
Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange Server, and Office 365 solutions
Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Cloud Technologies
Backup and Disaster Recovery solutions
Citrix and Email Security Products
Understand the customer business and technical requirements and address the same with high customer satisfaction
Work with vendor on latest technologies and solution
Maintain an in-depth level of technical and industry knowledge
Build and maintain very good customer relations and satisfaction
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Computer/electronic engineer/electrical engineer or equivalent
At least 5 years of experience in IT and Systems implementation and operations
Dell, Microsoft, VMware, Veaam, Huawei Certification
Experience in troubleshooting a broad range of Server, storage, DR, backup, Microsoft, VMware, and Cloud technologies
Good communication and convincing skill
Ability to work effectively as a team, in diverse and multi-cultural environments
Requirements: L2 and L3 Engineers
