JOB SUMMARY

The Sales coordinator combines business knowledge with sales skills. Sales Coordinator help to boost the overall performance of the sales team by supporting them, addressing the customer and sales team requests on time

 

MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Sales order creation and uploading the supporting documents to the ERP

2. Vendor registration and legal documents updating with customer

3. Bid preparation

4. Opportunity registration with the vendor

5. Quotation preparation

6. Custodian of updated legal and other sales and marketing documents, required for the proposal/bid submission

7. Responsible for the customer satisfaction survey

8. Periodic reporting to the management about the sales performance

 

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

1. Master’s degree in any discipline

2. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English

3. Minimum 2-3 years of experience, preferred in the IT industry

4. Strong knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and good typing skills

5. Excellent listening skills and attention to the detail

6. Social skill and team player

7. Maturity, Confidence, Perseverance, Patience, and Excellent interpersonal skills

8. Preferably looking for a female candidate
