Responsibilities and Duties:
- Establish strong customer relationships by providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding inquiries such as products, pricing, quotes, and issues/concerns.
- Understand the requirements of the client and work accordingly.
- He/She is responsible for giving support to the clients.
- He/She should act as an intermediate between the team and the client.
- Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
- Research and identify new market opportunities.
- Developing and executing sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Maintaining and updating sales, marketing, and business development documentation.
- Support the team with other responsibilities as required.
- Participate in meetings to report business prospects and status updates to management and clients.
- Oversee the sales process to attract new clients.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or similar field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or similar role.
- Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Experience in project management and/or sales.
- High attention to detail and a focus on fact-based decision-making.
- Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
- Emboldened by challenges.
- Strong track record of success within sales, ideally within the IT industry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
