Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Establish strong customer relationships by providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding inquiries such as products, pricing, quotes, and issues/concerns.
  • Understand the requirements of the client and work accordingly.
  • He/She is responsible for giving support to the clients.
  • He/She should act as an intermediate between the team and the client.
  • Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
  • Research and identify new market opportunities.
  • Developing and executing sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Maintaining and updating sales, marketing, and business development documentation.
  • Support the team with other responsibilities as required.
  • Participate in meetings to report business prospects and status updates to management and clients.
  • Oversee the sales process to attract new clients.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or similar field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or similar role.
  • Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience in project management and/or sales.
  • High attention to detail and a focus on fact-based decision-making.
  • Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
  • Emboldened by challenges.
  • Strong track record of success within sales, ideally within the IT industry.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
