Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily administrative tasks and office operations.
- Provide technical support to staff and customers, resolving issues related to hardware and software.
- Manage and update company databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services.
Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports and documents. - Maintain and organize office supplies and equipment.
Requirements:
- Fresher to 1 years of experience in a support, administrative, or customer service role.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Capacity to collaborate effectively within a team setting
