Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily administrative tasks and office operations.
  • Provide technical support to staff and customers, resolving issues related to hardware and software.
  • Manage and update company databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services.
    Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports and documents.
  • Maintain and organize office supplies and equipment.

Requirements:

  • Fresher to 1 years of experience in a support, administrative, or customer service role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Capacity to collaborate effectively within a team setting
