Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Customer Success Representative with a solid background in networking to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with clients/customers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions. Additionally, you will provide technical support to clients, ensuring they receive prompt assistance with any software-related inquiries or challenges.

Job Responsibilities

  • Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients/customers.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot networking issues, offering clear and effective solutions.
  • Assist clients/customers in setting up and configuring software products, ensuring seamless integration into their environments.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and technical assistance.
  • Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries.
  • Assist customers in setting up and using products, ensuring they have a positive experience and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products its features, and industry trends to address customer questions effectively.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, such as technical support, product development, and sales, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Scheduling customer meetings and conferences.
  • Background in hardware/ networking 
  • This position requires working the night shift
