Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Customer Success Representative with a solid background in networking to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with clients/customers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions. Additionally, you will provide technical support to clients, ensuring they receive prompt assistance with any software-related inquiries or challenges.
- Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients/customers.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot networking issues, offering clear and effective solutions.
- Assist clients/customers in setting up and configuring software products, ensuring seamless integration into their environments.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and technical assistance.
- Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries.
- Assist customers in setting up and using products, ensuring they have a positive experience and achieve desired outcomes.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products its features, and industry trends to address customer questions effectively.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, such as technical support, product development, and sales, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Scheduling customer meetings and conferences.
- Background in hardware/ networking
- This position requires working the night shift
