Assistant Engineer – Civil

Cyber Park, Calicut is a Govt. of Kerala IT Park offering world class infrastructure for IT/ITeS companies. Kerala State IT parks is seeking application for the position of Asst. Engineer – Civil for appointment on contract basis.

Post: Asst. Engineer – Civil

Period of Contract: 5 years (extendable based on mutual consent).

The Preferred Qualification and Experience for the post are as under:

Qualification: First class in B.Tech / B.E Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University.

Experience:

1. Minimum 3 years of post-qualification work experience in supervision and coordination of Construction works which includes Planning/Estimation/Billing/Site Execution of High-Rise Buildings.
2. He/She should be well experienced in coordinating multiple sites and projects simultaneously & in maintaining budget and cash flow for the project and should have sufficient exposure in using softwares commonly used in Construction Sector like Autocad/Stadpro etc.
3. Candidates having exposure to government works/procedure will be given preference. Candidate shall have good communication skills both written and spoken English.

Age : Shall be below 30 years as on 01 Nov 2022

Remuneration: Pay Scale- MS V (Rs.32300-68700)
