Marketing and Communication Manager

General Role Description
We are looking for a Marketing & Communications Manager who can conceive and manage various marketing initiatives by leveraging the expertise of content writers, designers and other digital marketing teams. He/she is responsible for defining tasks, getting them executed and tracking goals and KPIs.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Grow the awareness of our brand by executing various marketing activities.
• Coordinate with content writers, designers and subject matter experts to produce marketing content such as videos, blogs, infographics, social media posts etc.
• Create a system to regularly capture the positive impact of our services on our client’s businesses and document it (case studies) and publish it on all relevant mediums.
• Conceive marketing ideas by constantly researching about events and trends in the industry as well as inside Codilar.
• Manage and monitor outsourced marketing activities such as SEO, PPC, etc.
• Monitor the growth of brand awareness by analyzing various metrics in analytics and listening tools such as Google Analytics, ahrefs, etc.
• Manage our social media channels on Youtube, Linkedin, Instagram, Facebook and Twitter.
• Update the website of Codilar.
• Coordinate events such as webinars, round tables, etc.
• Manage company newsletters
