Sr. Graphic Designer

Responsibilities:

– Develop innovative and strategic branding concepts that resonate with our target audience and effectively communicate our brand values.
– Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives and deliver designs that meet both creative and business goals.
– Lead the design process for packaging projects from concept to completion, ensuring brand consistency and adherence to packaging guidelines.
– Produce high-quality mockups and prototypes to visualize design concepts and present them to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
– Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in branding and packaging design, and incorporate relevant insights into design projects.
– Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
– 3+ years of experience working as a Graphic Designer, with a Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding and packaging design.
– Proficient in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
– Solid understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual composition principles.
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and articulate design concepts effectively.
– Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
