We’re looking for passionate recruiters who can take ownership to meet hiring goals by filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates. Responsibilities include sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the interview process, and facilitating offers and employment negotiations, all while ensuring candidates have a pleasant experience.
- Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
- Take ownership of candidate experience
- Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practicesManage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
- Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms
- At Least 2 years of experience in end to end recruitment
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field|
- Well versed with sourcing and identifying talent
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems
- Comfortable making decisions independently
- Effective communicator and great collaborator
