As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for optimizing our website to increase organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and drive business growth. You will work closely with the sales team to implement SEO strategies, analyze performance metrics, and identify opportunities for optimization. This role requires a strong understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword research, on-page optimization techniques, and the ability to adapt to changing SEO trends.

Key Responsibilities

Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-value keywords relevant to the business and target audience.
On-Page Optimization: Optimize website content, including meta tags, headings, images, and internal linking structure, to improve organic search visibility.
Content Strategy: Develop and execute content strategies to target specific keywords and topics, ensuring content is relevant, engaging, and optimized for search engines.
Technical SEO: Monitor website performance and identify technical issues that may affect search engine crawling and indexing, such as site speed, crawl errors, and mobile-friendliness. Collaborate with developers to implement technical SEO best practices.
Off-Page Optimization: Manage off-page SEO activities, including link building, to improve the website’s authority and reputation in the eyes of search engines.
Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor key SEO metrics, such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates, and provide regular reports to stakeholders to track progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO to continuously improve strategies and tactics.

Requirements

Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role, with a track record of improving search engine rankings and driving organic traffic growth.
In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive informed decision-making.
Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
Basic Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
